Terms and Conditions
- The customer has to pay the rental charges or fare as per the applicable rates as mentioned by haridwarcar.com or its employee at the time of booking.
- The customer has to pay also parking charges, toll-charges, service tax, state tax and any other fee or levy presently payable or imposed hereinafter under applicable law for availing the car rental services.
- Haridwarcar.com will not be a party to disputes, negotiations of disputes between you and Driver.
- Haridwarcar.com shall be entitled to disclose the particulars of the Customer to its authorized chauffeurs or any government body as required by the law or by directive or request from any government body or to any third party deemed fit and proper by haridwarcar.com, in its absolute discretion.
- For all travel types (one way, round trip & local) customer has to bear all extra charges like driver allowance, toll, taxes, charges on for extra Kms consumed if applicable, charges for extra hours consumed if applicable, parking charges, night charges and any other charges applicable as mentioned in the booking.
- If any passenger misses their train or flight or bus, Haridwarcar.com will not be liable for any compensation. The customer shall make an alternate arrangement if the cab has not reached due to any reason.
- Haridwarcar.com shall be entitled to terminate any booking at any time without giving any reason or prior notice to the Customer.
- The vehicle booked will be subject to availability. In a case where the car booked is not available on the day of travel the customer will be provided with an alternative equivalent vehicle in the similar segment as applicable.
- Customer is liable to pay for any additional distance traveled and also for additional hourly charges if applicable. Any unscheduled changes will attract additional charges as applicable.
- Haridwarcar.com encourages all its customers to take full responsibility of their luggage/belongings. In case of any loss, from the taxi during the journey, CallCab.in won't be responsible for such loss or damage.
- Car air-conditioner will not work on hilly routes & also when the vehicle is not in motion. The customer is also not expected to request driver to make the air condition operational in the fore mentioned cases.
- In case of any dispute parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts of Haridwar, Uttarakhand.
- Haridwarcar cannot be hold accountable for any delay or consequential loss caused to the customer due to traffic jam or reasons beyond reasonable control of the driver or lapses on the part of the driver.
- Haridwarcar may send booking confirmation, itinerary information, cancellation, payment confirmation, refund status, schedule change or any such other information relevant for the transaction, via SMS or by voice call on the contact number given by the User at the time of booking/registration.
- All the cancellation & refund will be done as per the Cancellation & Refund Policy
- All the users who are hiring cabs or using any part of Haridwarcar.com website or its services is abide by the rules & regulation of Haridwar car
- Haridwarcar.com reserves the right to add, change or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions of Use at any time, without notice. Any changes to these Terms and Conditions of Use or any terms posted on this Site apply as soon as they are posted.
- Haridwarcar.com reserves its exclusive right in its sole discretion to alter, limit or discontinue the Site or any material posted herein, in any respect. Haridwarcar.com shall have no obligation to take the needs of any user into consideration in connection therewith.
- If the Customer leaves any goods in the taxi or has any complaint in respect of the services, the Customer has to inform Haridwarcar.com of the same in writing within 24hours of using the taxi or the services of Haridwar Car.
