Tungnath: Tungnath is one of the highest panch kedar temples situated in the mountain range of tungnath in rudraprayag district. tungnath temple is believed to be more than 1000yrs old. It is the third (Tritiya kedar) from panch kedars. It is just not famous for being religious destination; tungnath is a well-known trekking destination.

Chandrashila: Chandrashila, it is also being called the "moon rock". It is the summit of tungnath. With the help of height of this peak tourist can watch the himalayas, nandadevi, trishul, bandarpunch, chaukhambha and kedarnath peak.

Ukhimath: Ukhimath is a hindu pilgrimage site located in rudraprayag district.it is the winter seat of shri kedarnath. Here worship is performed during winters in omkareshwar temple.

Deoria Tal: Deoria tal is a lake of crystal clear water in which tourist watch the reflection of chaukhambha peaks. This lake is famous for its own beauty and pure water.

Summers: Weather of chopta during summer remains pleasant and delighfull. Night can be little bit cold so carry some light woollen clothes.

Winters: Winters are the time which reminds that why chopta is being called mini Switzerland. chopta is blessed with the snowfall during every winter. Winters can be freezing at chopta so always carry heavy woollen clothes during winters to avoid unneccesary illness.

Monsoon: Monsoons are less ideal in chopta because of heavy rain and landslides, roads can be blocked for hours. Carry raincoats during monsoon.
